Who is responsible for your data
The website noous.world belongs to Consult Acustic SRL, registered office in Valea Măcrișului, Ialomița County, Romania, VAT number RO36316803, Trade Register number J21/310/2016. For any question about your personal data, write to paul@consultacustic.com.
What data we process
The website has no forms and does not ask for personal data. We only process the data you choose to send us when you write or call: your name, email address, phone number and the project details you decide to share.
For technical and security reasons, the company that hosts the website may automatically record visitors' IP addresses and browser type.
Why we process it
- to reply to you and prepare an offer at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR);
- to carry out the contract if we work together (Article 6(1)(b));
- to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting (Article 6(1)(c));
- to keep the website running securely (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep our correspondence for as long as we are discussing the project, and for no more than 2 years after our last contact if we do not end up working together. Documents related to a contract are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Only the providers who help us work can see it, namely our email provider, our website host and our accountant, and they use it only on our behalf. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or send it to you in a format you can use elsewhere. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. We reply within one month.
If you believe we have not complied with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies, traffic analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are hosted on the same server as the website, so nothing is loaded from third parties and visitors are not tracked. This is why we do not ask for cookie consent.
If you choose the light or dark theme manually, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, so you do not have to choose again on your next visit. This information stays on your device, never reaches us and is not used to track you. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
If we add such tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent before turning them on.
Consumer protection
Information on alternative dispute resolution is available on the website of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro.
